Tranny mount
There are two tranny mounts. They are not all that expensive, should be able to get them both for less than $50. Also, not an overly difficult DIY to save on labor costs.
Have your other mounts for the motor been checked out ?????

Yeah, as Stephen00TL stated.....if the passenger top side motor mount is bad, ya can figure the front one is also bad and maybe even the rear. If ya only do the side and the others are worn, it won't last long.
This is the 5 piece kit some folks have installed here. I can't believe how much the price has dropped since I bought it. Definitely the best bang for the buck.

wow, yes. good price. I got the pictured "top left" and "bottom right" (Front & Pass-Side) separately from that vendor and the parts were nice and the DIY went well. Now I wish I'd bought that 5 piece combo.
I don't really know the condition of my other 3 mounts.
I'd better check them ASAP. If I had to do it over again I'd get that 5 piece set and DIY all of 'em. That's what H-Kid and others should do.

also my mechanic told me i need sway bar bushing but some of the ones i find on ebay are different when i click on the item it will say sway bar frame and the other say stabilizer bushing kit or end? which one do I buy?
The sway bar has end links (one on each side) that connect it to the lower arm of the right and left front wheels....if you're gonna redo one bushing (which I believe that "frame bar" bushing is the one where the sway bar mounts to the car frame), you might as well replace the end links too....
They are oem-style, not oem Acura. Front & rear are vacuum assist, like the original. They are made in China, like everything else these days. But they work just like the originals. I am just happy we have this option to save money.
Good to hear this first hand from a fellow 'Ziner .....who has actually installed a "cheaper" option than some of the name brands. It's really hard to believe that the Chinese are able to manufacture parts that fit for such a low price. They even have the vac assist hydaulic setup of the OEM's.
Many times these knockoff parts tend to cut corners with quality, fit and durability.
But, if our man Victus1 says they're ok....then I'd be good with giving them a shot.
My issue is with some of the cheap Chinese bearings and ball joints, which are labor intensive to install and ya don't want to be doing the job over in a year.

Indeed, I would never buy those cheapo chinese suspension parts, and especially cheapo timing belt or other critical engine components. But since other ziners have installed these oem-style mounts as well as members from many other car forums, toyota, honda, etc.....I figured I'd try them out.
Took my car to the shop today tranny slipping and mounts are finish, mechanic said he rather dealer mounts over after market...I say go for what ever you can but if you're gonna keep the car why not in the long run its am investment for you.

The other is a swaybar bushing. It is what attaches and holds the bar in place to the car/chassis
If you plan on keeping it don't buy oem mounts or cheap aftermarket unless you enjoy changing them. Get some quality replacements and be set for life
eBay compatibility is retarded, so always confirm elsewhere.

That's a ridiculously good deal. What kind were they? OEM?
