Totaled? Vandalism...Pics Inside...
My car was vandalized yesterday morning. Wanted to know if you guys think its totalled due to the A Pillar and roof damage.
2002 TL, book is 12,995
and yes, I know who did it but I cant prove it...Insurance will be covering it

ohhh man, im sorry to see/hear that.. too many haters in this country man.. but my opinion, nah your cars not totaled, but its defenetly going to cost some money, but i guess your pretty good with the insurence. there has to be a way you can prove it was a the person you think it is.

Looks brutal. Sorry to see some ass ruin something that you earned.
It won't be a total loss, they're just going to take out the front window and do the repairs on the pillar. Same with the roof. They're going to take that gaurd off, open the sunroof and cover your interior and start fixing it.
Good luck and i hope that guy gets what is coming to him.

yea it was the girls x i got texts and calls on her shit but nothing that would incriminate him...hes just jealous short story

.... idk if u can get it off the rock... esp if they were wearing gloves.... and its probably too late but finger prints the kid uthink it was and take the prints off the rock and maybe ul get lucky? or just kick his ass for the hell of it cuz id be pissed! good luck though

1. fingerprints off the rock or car might help, especially if this guy (probably) has a record.

Anyone ever hear the phrase "Violence begets violence?" As much as I would love to pound the guy that does that to any of my vehicles, it doesn't solve anything. Its a car. Be thankful it wasn't the OP or any of his family. Now, if some one hurts my family, I wouldn't hesitate to pound them into the ICU.

That really sux man. I know violence will probably make things worse, but i would have a hard time not beating the shit out of him, or fucking up his ride. Hurts to see that happen to a tl. o and it doesnt look like enough structural damage to be totaled.

hmm, maybe a damaged A-pillar would mess witht he integrity of the vehicle as a whole? its a nice thought... but DONT do anything stupid!!! messin with his stuff is just gunna get him to do the same to you. be the bigger man, go to the cops or sue. or just let it go, now you get a hefty check and a NEW PAINT JOB!!!! just make sure you get compensated for depreciation

damn dude that sucks. all i can say right now. i'm very sorry for the loss. haters will be weeded out in this world. they can do it once or twice, but when they get caught, it's game over.
my friend's car got vandalized pretty bad, acutally a little worse than yours. and when he found out who did it, he put that guy in the hospital for almost 2 months. to make a long story short, he got jumped and hit over the head with bricks. cops found him in his own puddle of blood.

Yeah, since the insurance is paying for it just get it repaired and be done with it.

damn! that sucks hella... my car was keyed about 3 months ago. the day before thanksgiving to be exact. 2K in damage. but dont worry. u didnt do anything wrong and will have something good returned to you. i know i did. my car gets keyed, filed a claim w/my insurance and got the check, brought it to my family friend, fixed the damage for 900$$ and now i got extra money to spend for mods =). PLUS just recently i found out who keyed my car too. i over heard alot of people talking about it and so i just reported it to the school police officer =) wh00t.. this b!tch is gonna get some harsh punishments. plus the dude that did it, does not know me and i dont know him has been caught doing this before.
