My car was vandalized yesterday morning. Wanted to know if you guys think its totalled due to the A Pillar and roof damage.

2002 TL, book is 12,995

and yes, I know who did it but I cant prove it...Insurance will be covering it

ohhh man, im sorry to see/hear that.. too many haters in this country man.. but my opinion, nah your cars not totaled, but its defenetly going to cost some money, but i guess your pretty good with the insurence. there has to be a way you can prove it was a the person you think it is.

 

Looks brutal. Sorry to see some ass ruin something that you earned.

It won't be a total loss, they're just going to take out the front window and do the repairs on the pillar. Same with the roof. They're going to take that gaurd off, open the sunroof and cover your interior and start fixing it.

1. fingerprints off the rock or car might help, especially if this guy (probably) has a record.
2. what else are you supposed to expect when you get the girl and the car? Just be glad the car took the hit for you

I know that any chassis damage=totaled car.

my friend's car got vandalized pretty bad, acutally a little worse than yours. and when he found out who did it, he put that guy in the hospital for almost 2 months. to make a long story short, he got jumped and hit over the head with bricks. cops found him in his own puddle of blood.

Yeah, since the insurance is paying for it just get it repaired and be done with it.

If he does it again however break every window at his house and spray paint a local gang sign somewhere or break one of his car windows, stick a hose in there, turn it on and walk away.

damn! that sucks hella... my car was keyed about 3 months ago. the day before thanksgiving to be exact. 2K in damage. but dont worry. u didnt do anything wrong and will have something good returned to you. i know i did. my car gets keyed, filed a claim w/my insurance and got the check, brought it to my family friend, fixed the damage for 900$$ and now i got extra money to spend for mods =). PLUS just recently i found out who keyed my car too. i over heard alot of people talking about it and so i just reported it to the school police officer =) wh00t.. this b!tch is gonna get some harsh punishments. plus the dude that did it, does not know me and i dont know him has been caught doing this before.
