Should i consider this embarassing or normal....tonight on the way home i see this deuche bag in a '96 or so camry XLE V-6 is next to me and wants to mess around and is paceing me and pacing me so at about 50 we both punch it and are neck and neck until 80 when i start gaining on him by leaps and bounds. the whole time i was in D5 and just floored it. i thought i would blow him away but it was close till 80. should i be embarassed?

 

yes...extremely! you have a TL-S right? if you were in D5, you should have shifted to SS mode, drop it to 3rd and then you'll fly away.

 

after thinking back on it..thats probably a good idea..dont race that much...but d 3 is the best bet to smoke people?

 

well, I got beat by a Solara once... visually, I couldn't see any mods... but it had to had been moded, cause my sister has a Solara, and that thing's a slug.

BTW, it wasn't a race "off the light" we were on the freeway... he just pulled away, and I was in "SS" too

 

yeah i think he might have had some mods on his car casue he had way big rims and other crap that might lead me to beleive he had some things under the hood done. but im not for sure

 

they have a TRD supercharger for those that you can even get at the dealer.
