Will 98-02 accord shocks n springs fit a TLS suspension? I know that it would fit a TLP but not sure if there is a big difference in the suspension of a TLP and a TLS

 

Considering the Comptech Springs and Tein SS Coilovers (which is a spring/shock combo) are "universal" for Accords/TL/CLs (Type S included) I would say yes.

However, don't forget that the Accord weighs about 400 lbs less than the TL-S. If you're going for OEM Accord shocks/springs they won't be made to handle the extra weight and would 1) Make the car sit lower, and 2) potentially bottom out from the extra weight on large bumps.
