They should fix it....

I've never heard of this... so it can't be that common.

this happened to me and i got it fixed... it happened when my car had like 2000 miles and when i took it for the oil change i mentioned it to the guy. they fixed it. it doesnt look as good though. they used the same piece of leather. it looks duller and it feels different...harder i guess u could say. and they also made a small rip in the corner when they stitched it back up i guess. but yea its covered by warranty or maybe the guy was being nice. also... the dealer i went to... they said that the "trim shop" is only open monday-friday. so if ur gonna take ur car for that... try to take it one of those days. also... my passenger seat has little strings coming out of the preforated leather. the guy there said it was normal and would wear away... is this true?

also... u should get your car back the same day. i took it 7am and had it ready by 2pm.

what you mean it looks worser and feels worser?
i mean all it needs is to be pushed down and made tighter so that it wont come loose again.

I have not noticed mine lifting, however, I do have what looks like thread coming out of some of the holes but it seems to be going away so I'm not worried about it.

I also had the little threads comming out of the holes in the leather. I looked at them with a jewelers loupe (10X) and it appeares that they are just the leather itself, not something under the leather covering. I tried to cut them off but gave up(too much work). Now they seem to be wearing away and not returning. Hope it stays that way.

i dont know how to explain it... u can tell that there was something wrong with it after they fixed it.... it feels rougher/harder and it looks dull... i used some leather wipes and it helped a bit but w/e.
