The picture links are still live but it looks like if you link to them via a forum, they don't work... I'll look into hosting them somewhere else and linking them again.

Imageshack.us is good to use to host and it's free. There is even a link they provide to use on forums.

bump on getting those pictures back

type s gauges came in yesterday(the 3 gauges only), been playing around with the spare 03 cluster removing needles and such, im thinking ill install the type s speedo and tach into my 99 tlp cluster then transfer needles and silver face from type s fuel/temp gauge to the 99 tlp gauge, then calibrate needles. anyone ever tried that? searched didnt find anything

The whole thing unplugs from the cluster. Don't remove the needles just take the whole assembly off the cluster and plug in the silver ones. Thats how I did mine, retained my correct mileage and swapped S type gauges into mine.

Hello do the bulbs that make up the gear indicator on the tach simply pull out when replacing burnt ones? Are they the same bulb as the ash tray? Thanks!

More specifically I believe This is the part https://www.oemacuraparts.com/oem-pa...QtYXV0b21hdGlj

So, no. It's not the same as the ash tray light. Once you have the cluster assembly torn apart, the bulb and it's socket do pull out.

This is for an accord but same idea

Thanks Iggy for the video this helps a lot! I was searching youtube for something that shows this bulb being changed out but couldn't find it. My D5 bulb is burnt out in our 03 TL so I'll just move the bulb from D1 into there for now. Something to get at the salvage yard next time.
