My seats are ripped to hell (some lady with kids owned it before me) so I figured it would be cheaper to just get good seats off a junked car than to go to a body shop and have them reupholster it. My question is will 99 TL-s seats fit in my 99 TL without having to retrofit connectors or having to replace the rails?

 

There is no such thing as a 99 TL-S. The TL-S didnt arrive until 2002. And if you were to get the TL-S seats from a 02-03 the connectors are different. Many have switched seats, but take them apart and swap cushions and leather to make it easier.

 

How difficult of a task is it to switch the leather and cushions over?

 

Couple bottles of beer and a few hours of your time.
