TCS off, Torque brake...

You should be in the low 15s... When you kinda abuse the car

I can run head to head with 2000 Prelude 5spd with light mods...

brake torque

Forgive me for being ignorant, but is that when you hold the brake down at the same time as you hold the gas down and then let off the brake when the light turns green or no? I didn't know that is what it was called, if it is.

heh... its pretty self explanatory i think - u brake, and then torque while on the brake... torque braking would be using ur torque to brake somehow
