ahhh see thats the problem. u gotta define a small incline. lol. cause the inclines seem a little steep. i mean when im driving i like, get the feeling that it definately would hit. a friend of my with a type S told me that if you dont drop the car theyre be very lil trouble with scratching... o well... looks like im gonna have to hold onto some extra touchup paint. eh. okay... well thanks guys. if anyone else has a diff thought id like to hear.

Bodykit with no drop, you will not have a problem with it.
Even with the bodykit on, our car still has alot of clearance.
I through ran over a curve :banghead: and was lucky enough not to scrape/scratch anything.

on ebay they were selling a kit for '99-01 for $390 (buy it now) the problem is it was mistmatched paint. the side skirts were one color and front lip and rear lip were other colors. i think one of the parts was gold.

Wow really? thats insane! but any idea on how much getting the side skirts painted would cost? because i know this site gives the full kit for like 800+ which is steep but its not as bad as other places.... but hell for 400 it cant total a cost more than 800 to get them painted! could you get me the link? or wat did you type in for the search?

call your dealer and ask if they still have or can get Black Flameco bodykits. that color is only on 99 and so it is a discontinued color. I have it with midnight pearl and you cannot notice a difference. I got mine from the dealer for $350. front and rear lips + 2 side skirts

it will NOT fit the '02+ because the front is a little bigger for it.

ohh kk... see in that case it sounds really good... but how much would it cost to get 3 pieces painted (the side skirts n the back bumper)... because i know the site itself sells the whole kit painted for a reasonable price... would the full painting on the three come out to that? This owuld be the first time im getting anything painted for a car so i wouldnt know even what to guess.

Yea i guessed about the same... abount 350-400 i was estimating. i think ill do that today, find a body shop and ask them the cost and what not... that way i can just use the Buy It Now feature and not worry about the bid going too high. because i bleive its still only at 250ish which is a total STEAL if i got it near that price... but someone else is bidding on it aswell so we'll see.
