Question TL 99 Stalling Problem! Please help

I was driving in highway 2 days ago for 15 mins around 60-70 mph and it started to happen. The power shut down for whole car, the radio is dead and all the gauges goes off. However everything comes back in 1 second. Its scary and took me a while to realize that anytime I release the gas pedal or when I brake, the power shut down and came back in one moment. However, when I release the gas tenderly, it did not shut down. I tried to go to school for my class on time. When I finished my school, I came home without any problem like nothing happened before. The day after, it happens 2 times randomly. I tried to release the gas pedal suddenly,etc... but it was just randomly.
I did a little research and found that my car was fixed for the ignition switch 2 times in the recalls by previous owner.
Current mileage is 141000. I just did seafoam 2 months ago when I bought it, I also replace the NGK spark plugs recently.
Has anyone experienced this problem?

Ignition switch electrical portion, THEY WONT COVER IT AGAIN AS A RECALL, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR FOR IT OUT OF POCKET, ITS NOT TOO MUCH

It gets worse today. Anytime I release the gas pedal, the power shut down. Anyone here has a reasonable explanation how the ignition switch failure can cause this problem?
I gonna replace the ignition as soon as it arrives.

do you have a volt meter or know how to use one? If so test the alternator and battery to see what voltage it is putting out.

parts stores will ck the electrical system for free, as suggested above
They will scan for any fault codes too

Do you get a big yellow `CEL` on dash while driving?

or you may have a bad ignition switch-back part- those die on 99s a lot
at least 3 in the cars lifetime.. average!
parts stores carry them if needed

Wiggle the key when at idle,,any change?

other strange possible: egr system passages and single port on 99 is clogged
recall for that once, then on your own DIY,, like the rest of the years~
ck recall section on owners site for Open or Fixed status on that issue

Thanks 3.2 TLc, I will get it fix as soon as possible. It happened several times today. Like 01tl4tl said, it shut down several times when I wiggle.
Hope that the ignition is the only reason cause this problem. I found a lot of complaints about TLs stall right after starting for no reason, hope this is not my case.
I also found that there is no official recall about the egr system, should I ask the Acura about this? When I check my VIN, it just appears that there were 3 recalls, 2 of them relates to ignition switch and ignition interlock. One recall is still open for tranny warranty extension (So I guess this is still first tranny..impress ) nothing about ERG recall.
If I cannot be covered, where can I buy the spacer kit?
Thanks guys

that part on trans is no longer valid--you were part of the covered vins--thats all it means
website doesnt show if trans replaced,,sometimes 800 doesnt know,, but dealer can look it up and know!~
blue paint on bolt heads for trans and things attached to trans are the tell its a warranty replacement

only single port 99s had a recall for egr,,some VINs

call acura care 1 800 382 2238x5,,dont trust the website

stalls after start can be egr clogging too

Here is the update folks, after I replaced the ignition switch, it run smooth for couple days. However, it happened again today, the power shut down and came back just in one moment any time I release gas. I stop and restart it and it stops happening. I dont know when it will happen again

When I open the old switch, it see a black smoke area inside the switch.
Dont know what to do now.
