My name is Kush n im a bit new here at the site. first off, the site def kicks ass. informative, n has helped me alot wit my TL. i just got a question for anyone who can help me out. I was lookin at the aero parts section of ur webpage, n going for a '99+ body kit for the TL, and i was seriously considering ordering it, but i discovered a problem. im not sure which color is the same as the one i have. now i do not recall the exact color i purchased it in, but when i go back to acura.com and attempt to build a new one, DESERT MIST METALLIC is definately the color i have. so i came back to your list, but i couldnt find it. Am i mistaken, or is there a different name for the paint on this page? if so, could i get the name of that piece so i know it is the rite match? so you know, the color of my TL is gold, so the closest to that would def. be a match. I was assuming it was the NAPLES GOLD METALLIC, but wasnt sure. anyone know? thanks

 

look at your door jam. There is a paint code there. Match it up and see if it is the same as Naples Gold. That is the only sure way to get a match

 

Hey i found the code! and apparently my car IS painted Naples Gold Metallic... i guess they changed the name... okay... so as soon as i round up the cash i should be lookin at a brand new OEM kit on my gold TL! (i have to be one of the first TL owners with a gold car on this site!:p after the kit im going striaght to the engine... to which i am totally oblivious. you guys are gonna def start hearing alotta dumb questions from me! lol... anyways thanks for your help shimbo!

 

Actually there is an old school member by the name of Mstyle and he has a naples gold metallic and probably a few other that I can't remember. But it is definitely a rare color.
