Post Tires...choices

I am looking at tires in 225/40/18.

Choices I think so far.

Nitto NT55
Michelin Pilot Sport
Kumho Ecsta Supra 712
Yokohama AVS sport

Anyone with comment or suggestions?

I would say go with the Pilot Sports. I have the Pilot XGT Z4s which I think are a good tire so I think the Pilot Sports would be even better.

If you want best bang for your buck, the Kumhos are decent in dry weather, and also are rather inexpensive. I have them and they are definitely better than the stocks. Handling has improved. If you are looking for straight performance, go with the others.

I agree with SinnedTL. I have done the research on the Ultra-Performance category between Michelin, Pirelli, Bridgestone and TOYO. The Bridgestone Potenza's blew the first two away on Tire-rack.com and the TOYO's actually came very close.

Check for yourself.

I am going with the RE-730's.

The best out there for performance wise, in my mind is Pirelli. But they do have tendency to ware quickly. Another recomendation, a good bang for the buck is the Bridgestone RE730's.
