I found this site browsing though acura-cl.com. It's a good pictural of the window tinting process. I never knew what they did.

Hm... actually, that were what a really good tint shop would do... sadly, most of the tinting wasn't done this way.. Usually, they simply put the tinting film on the windows, and cut the film right there.... smooth out any bubbles, and send the car back to the owner...

Come-on ...How many tint shops actually take out the glass from the door to tint the glass......I never seen one.....Removing the door trim maybe... Taking the glass out of the door .....never...Not in Houston anyway.....
