The troopers seem to be cracking down on illegal tint. had my tint for 4yrs and never was questioned until last weekend. now i have to remove my tint. i also have been hearing a lot of folk being ordered to do the same.

so if you live in MD and have tinted windows. be on the look out for 50 pulling you over.

 

with summer coming they always crack down harder, i used to always get mine in the spring and summer

 

Antlive, if you live in MD and have 35% tint like your signature says, why are they hassling. 35% is the legal limit. I have 35% but it looks a lot darker because I have the Ebony leather interior. I , feel for you having take yours off after 4 years. Try getting a note from your eye doctor or something if you want to go darker. Not sure if it will work, but its what I have heard from other folks. Cops are cops what more can I say.

 

I thought VA was more strict on tint.....

 

va is 50% front and 35% rear so it is stricter here, and they do give tickets i can assure you

 

the tint is 35% but with that factory tint it brought it down to 19%.

I have heard of the eye doc thing too. don't think my eye doc would do that though.

just got off the phone with a tint guy and he said he was pulled over too and a couple of his customers. i guess they are really craking down.
