I got a ticket for my "too drak" windows in california the other day....on the ticket it sayz i have an acura legend but i have a tl..do i have case or not

if if has your actual license plate number, then probably not. cant get off for a cop's stupidity.

 

Tough call . . .some say you have a case. I have heard so many stories in regards to the cops writing down the wrong info on the citation. However, in this case its not really gonna make a difference cause you have to get it taken off either way. If the judge lets this one go you know some other cop is just gonna pull you over and write you another one.
