I've got 50% on my windshield. It's still illegal but harder to notice. The dead give away is that the registration stickers are grey instead of white.
Here's a ppic but it looks lighter than it is b/c the sun is behind it.

Tinting the windshield is illegal in most states. However, if u decide to tint go with 50%. It is not as noticable as you might think. Well at night might be a different story but....

Tint looks good. Be prepared for a possible lawsuit should you get in an accident. Especially if you cause it. I had a buddy of mine who tinted 35% on his fronts, hit a car at night and caused significant damage and injury
He dealt with some serious legal issues. The accident wasn't his fault, but the lawyers came after him. Last I heard, it didn't look so good. I think this may end up costing him about $125,000 in fees, medical bills for the people he collided with to top it off the insurance had dropped him from the policy because of the accident report citing...dual fault, tint on front windshield impairing reaction time. OOPS!
edgalang,
I'm a Military guy and noticed you had a flag on your passenger rear door window . I'm glad to see you are displaying our beautiful Flag, but keep in mind the proper way to display a Flag on the right hand side of a vehicle is so that the stars (blue field) needs to be in the upper RIGHT hand corner as you are looking at it. As the vehicle in motion going forward, the flag should appear as if it's blowing in the wind. On the left side, it's good to go, but on the right side is where its reversed.
I know there may be some flames here and appear as nit pickin, but just take a look at the right hand side of a plane or bus and you'll see what I mean. Some folks take that really serious, I'm not that hard core about it, just an FYI from me to you in case some crazy person calls you out in a negative way.

Lexol and one of those reflective sun shields from Wal Mart work perfect. I use that combo. The size you need is called "Jumbo" believe me, the regular one is too short and your visors will barely keep it up.

I felt the same way too...but the sticky was only on one side so it wasn't reversable. I've gone ahead and removed the flags a year later since one side (passenger) faded faster than the driver side, making them look weird.
Funny thing is I put it the flags there since I didn't have an A-TL sticker to put on there originally. Now that the flags are gone, I still don't have an A-TL sticker. What's even more funny is that I even tried to contact the owner of ATL & AW but no-one seemed to be interested in handing out free advertisements. Weird huh?
Until I get reversable flags or an ATL/AW sticker, I think I'll leave it blank for now.

Sorry bout that Edgalang. Did not mean to hijack your thread. I did give you props on the tint tho before I stated talking flag. I'm not sure if they even make flags with sticky on the back so that people can display them right way if putting them on the pass side.
No disrespect man, glad you are a patriot like me tho. Oh yeah, nice tint
