Timing Belt..etc

Hey guys, I just got my new tranny installed few days ago.
Now I am at 145,000km.
I am just wondering when I should change timing belt and etc. such as water pump, driving belt, pulley, and tune up.
Also how much should I be looking at?
I was told around $1000-1200. But I think it's too much.
Let me know what you guys think

the usa book calls for it at 60k miles under severe service and 105k miles under regular service
Sounds like you are close to that now
Always replace the water pump timing belt and tensioner together
Lots of labor involved and honda/acura parts suggested as they are proven to last a long time.
The full 105k miles service also gets spark plugs and a few other things.
A private shop will beat the dealer price. It runs about 800+ here at small shop
