throwing a code?

if you are throwing a code, how long will the light stay on. My tcs, abs, and srs lights will go on for like 3 seconds after i turn on my car and then turn off, does that mean anything, or do the lights just stay on for the whole time if i need to check it out?

That's normal for just about every car on the road. Unless the light is staying on well after you have started the car, everything's fine.

Maybe it needs seafoam or a transmission or some RacingBrake parts!

Or you could read the operation handbook for the car
https://techinfo.honda.com/rjanisis/...01_OMANUAL.asp

Codes get stored inthe computer- thats why they have a code reader that plugs in.

Let me guess- your brakes make 2 noises as you start up and beging to drive too?

Thats all normal. Its just your systems checking themselves every time you start the car. ABS SRS ect

nope. but when i turn it on sometimes now, the tcs light will come on and my idle will become really shitty and then my car will die. I think i just need to clean the egr and the idle control
