Make sure you reset your ECU after you get your new tranny. My replacement tranny was always jerky, but everything went back to normal as soon as I reset the ECU.
P.S. make sure you have your radio code handy before doing this. Also, you will need to reset your memory seats.

They replaced the ECU on mine, so wouldn't that constitute a clean boot-up of the unit? Why would I need to reset it?
Unless of course there is some Microsoft software in there somewhere.
