I'd say something is loose. Check all the bolts and end links to be sure they're tight.

BTW, the teflon tape gets applied on the bar where it sits in the two frame brackets. You can get the tape at any plumbing supply store, Home Depot, etc.

I had squeeking on my rear Comptech Sway Bar. It'll happen if you don't use the teflon tape. You can a rool a of it at your local hardware store. It's the same stuff the use as "thread lock" in plumbing applications.

It usually takes only a couple of minutes per side to clean out whatever silicon grease they put on your bushings and replace it with teflon tape.

You wrap the bar with the telfon tape where the bushing and sway bar come in contact with one another (ie: at the mounting brackets(2 points)).

Squeaking is most likely from the rubbing of the urathane bushings. Wrap the teflon tape well around the bar. But rattling is most likely from the end-links screws not being too tight. After i installed my CT sway bars. I drove around for a week and then I had to recheck everything again to ensure everything was correct. My front sways had a full turn after the recheck.

Make sure to remove all the grease you applied first. Apply quite a few layers of the tape on each side and you will be fine. I've been squeak free for atleast 3 months with one application.

I talked to a guy at Comptech and he recommended 5 or 6 times around the bar with the teflon tape.
