Question For those with alarms with remote start

I just got the viper 790xv alarm with remote start installed on my car. Everything works fine but I just noticed that the lights for my window switches are always on whenever the car is on. Is this a normal thing that the installer had to do in order to wire the alarm or remote start? Will having the switch lights on every time the car is running be bad for the life of the switch-bulb? or the cars electrical system? Is this something I should worry about and take it to the dealer to look at? Thanks.

Thats normal even if you dont have an alarm. The only way to have them off is to turn the window lock on.
