thinking about making my own CAI
I have a short ram now, does anyone know the diameter of the AEM tube? I am thinking about buying a 90-degree plastic/metal tubing that can be extended from the AEM tube. Can I buy the clamps and rubber connector at home depot?

I believe it's 3" if not 2.75. I actually had a short ram on and got a friend of mine a 92 Integra Intake, her dad wouldn't let her keep it, so I chopped the piping and it fit perfectly as a Air Ram CAI, since I cut out my openings on my bumper. I just used Silicon couplers and metal clamps, I love my CAI..
