I'm going to be off all of next week and want some DIY jobs that don't cost much.

I've already cleared the headlights, added shock sensor, fogs light mod. Changed all exterior lighting.

I was thinking of painting calipers, maybe adding another shock sensor in the rear anything else I missed.

 

how much are shock sensors and how do you install them?

I bought if for like 5 bucks. Its easy to install...

If you've done the fog light conversion its a piece of cake...

Let me know if you guys need instruction..

I don't know about debadging. I've thought about it but I bought the Type S so everyone can see that I have one. Now people who have no concept of car would have no idea...

So about the shock sensors....

 

well, i jus debadged the "3.2TL" part, left the TypeS logo. looks pretty good and ppl still see the TypeS. i also have ABP and the blue/red/white combo of the tails look good.

 

I will create a DIY instructions by this weekend... Dont get a DEI shock sensor. I have a CRIME STOPPER Gargoyle Series Dual Stage it works fine... Single Stage or Dual Stage same thing for our TL's...

 

you can take everything off except the acura logo and the type s, i think that will look pretty good.

 

I was thinking about getting another 3.2TL emblem and putting them on my OEM Side Skirts... I will photoshop it and see what it looks like... If that looks good then I will debadge..

Its pretty easy. All it is is connecting 2 exsiting wires. Checks the faq page on this sight.

I'm down for a meet. I would of gone to the June 1st but didn't check the meet page.. I check it everyday now. Let me know if anything is going to happen...
