AMCbimmer, Wecome to the board. To answer your question yes, the 2004 TL will be redesigned. Next time do a search before posting a question to see if the subject has been covered before. No pictures available yet. Hopefully pictures will show up some time early next year. Car wont be out till Fall 2004.

I Have heard many rumours they are all below:
The 2004TL will have Intelligent Cruise Control, Keyless Entry (LIKE MERCEDES), Automatically Keeps you in lane..
I did not get these out of no where.. as for the Automatically keeps you in lane its out in Accord in Japan and the Intelligent cruise control I hope is very likely because I heard about it and theres lots of new cars with it(Mercedes has it already), and about the keyless entry it is very much probable ( PIC OF HONDA KEYLESS ENTRY BELOW)
Rumours have said it will be 3.4 Liter Engine with 280-290 HP For Type S.. It will be totally redesigned and very fast.
Keyless entry is like this : When you get the car u get no key.. Or you may for backup
but all you do is get a small mini card and it has RF Waves or sometype of Waves and it tells your car you are the owner and it will unlock the car.. when you step inside the car all you do is press start engine button as long as you have the card close.. The range is 3 Ft around the perimeter of the car on the mercedes... Also if you leave the card in the car and try locking the car than some sound will go off and it wont lock.. Theres lots of features...

Forget the RL! Acura's TOp SELLER IS TL and TL will get everything first.. Car Company's give best features to top sellers than the features get improved, they test them for a year on a car and get the bugs out and than they put it available on there high end models..

Why would Honda try to make this car more luxurious then a Mercedes? Remember, the Acura TL is supposed to be a Enty-Level Luxury Vehicle Even if there is such features, expect the price to jump ALOT on the TL.
And are you a close friend to a Acura Manager? Keep in mind, most dealerships out there are very dishonest.

Yes, the LA Auto Show is held every year in January. From the 4th-12th.
I'm almost positive they will showcase the TL there. This is where the car manufacturer's show all the new upcoming cars. So who knows. I'll be armed with a digital camera~!

All said, you can never be too sure since Honda always seem to milk the NA market by offering less features, , as compared to Euro or japan domestic market. Thus saving costs, and increasing profits.

Actually I saw one in person.. It looks alright.. Like if I had to get a family luxurious car than I would take the Accord over the Camry any day, but Since we are racing enthusiasts here we tend to prefer more sleaker and Performance looking cars.. Its all a matter of Opinion.. Some people say Honda Screwed up and some say its the best car out there.. I myself and in the middle.. The Sales Reports will Prove many people Wrong.. Anyways I Hope the 2004 TL isnt like the Accord Either or I will be very very very disappointed..

You Know what simple function I hope the 2004 TL HAS? I Want it to have that function the saab car has.. You know when you press the lock button on the key fob it lights the car up and the lights stay on for a while.. Like it lights up the headlights and tail lights for a while.. Go to http://www.saab.com/microsites/9-3S/...US&language=en and click the Electronic key help and click interactive and it will show the function of the light thing..
