Is there a way to get the rust off of rotors?

My rotors from irotors have lasted a long time without rust (no rain in Southern California), however we've had a couple showers recently and now there are a lot of rust spots on the rotors. Can I try and clean this off somehow, or will I mess up the rotors? It might have been made worse by my not driving the car for the past 3 weeks (for the most part, waiting to get my car fixed for something else so I've been driving my gf's GS 430 - having that available doesn't make me anxious to fix my car right away)...

This is normal. Just drive the car and it will clean itself off. Dont worry abour cleaning it off. A little humidity and it will come right back.
