im planning on getting exhaust soon and was wondering if there are different brands out there?is there anything louder then the comptech ones?thanks in advance

Yes, you can get the Tanabe Hyper Medallions which will be a louder, or the Greddy MX or EVO exhaust.

I was considering the Apexi WS before I got the Comptechs. I heard from some honda owners that they sounded pretty good, not too loud. What turned me off the WS is the size of the tips and canister.

Ask Tommyamrani, he has flowmaster exaust and it sounds great. I am actually gettin it tomorrow for my cl-s. Cant wait, becasue after that, i will be gettin springs from Tim, just have to figure out which i wanna get.

Whatever is made for the new V-6 accord will fit the TL with a extension pipe. HKS Dragger, Greddy, A'pexi, Tanabe, comptech,
ect whatever and how loud you want.

IMHO, loud exhausts do not go with our luxurious TL. Besides, the latest trend is: Loud is "out"... quiet is "in".

Don's TL

I have the Tanabe Hyper Medallion and they are LOUD. But I went to a muffler shop and have them add one more resonator to reduce the sound. Now the sound is perfect! If you get an exhaust from the Accord V6, it'll be short on the TL. What I did was have the muffler shop weld a small pipe about 3" long so now it's even with the bumper! Pics to come on Friday.
