is there an oil change diy?

i searched and didn't really find a diy. i want to change with full synthetic. i know theres the belly pan but but do i have to take that off to change the oil. also how much oil does a 3.2 tls take. and what weight should i run. thanks in advanced

There is no belly pan on a TL (there's a splash shield but it won't be in your way); just remove the drain plug and the oil will drain out. TLs take a little under 5 qts, just check your dipstick after you refill with oil. Earlier 2Gs specified 5W-30 and newer ones 5W-20, use whatever is listed on the oil cap or check the manual; I'm pretty sure yours being an '02 specifies 5W-20.

look in your owner's manual...it'll tell you everything you need to know to change the oil
