Texon bulbs from ebay
Texon bulbs from ebay
So check this out - a while ago I ordered from Texon website on eBay 3000K Pure Yellow Bulbs for foglights. I wasn't careful enough and I made mistake - I end up ordering 3000K Pure Yellow 12V 80W. After a couple of hours I realize that I made this mistake so I wrote an email to their costumer service with request to change my order to 12V 55W. They responded that is not a problem and I should email them with correct information. Next day they shipped my order, so I wrote them back asking did they made the changes - of course not, but I was told to sent the packed back with my informations including a 3$ check. Week later I got my new bulbs but I can find any of information what kind of they are? They 9006 3000K Pure Yellow Texon Bulbs but no information about are they 55W one. H Now I`m afraid to put them on and fried my foglights. Of course I did try to contact them about it - but their customer servive suck. The box doesn't say much - a bunch of asian sings and letters.
Any suggestions?

I would not recommend putting 80W into the fog light housing. You could either melt the power cable or the housing itself. If the bulbs are too cheap, I would eat it and order another set. Or spend the $3 to get the right bulbs.
One thing I see good about this ebay seller is the shipping is super fast. Not all ebay sellers have the "customer service center" like big companies.
Send them an email to see if they could waive the $3 dollar shipping.
