Arrow Telephone Survey...

I received a call tonight from a Honda/Acura survey service. They wanted to know a bunch of things about my TL-S. They ran the gamut of standard questions.

One thing they were interested in was what I felt should be better in the car. I told them I was satisfied with everything but the stereo, and I am about to spend 2K for StreetEffectz to "fix it". I also told them I thought that the TL-S should come standard with the rear spoiler, the same way SAAB Turbos and Maxima SE's do.

Other than those two things, I told them that my car rated 5 out of 5 on their scale.

So far, I have yet to receive a JD Power or one of the other written surveys. Anyone else get one?

so weird!!! i just got off the phone with the survey people. i guess my written survey will be coming in a couple of days also. when asked what could be improved i said:

HID foglights
better sound system
one touch moonroof
a manumatic that holds 1st gear
more aggresive exterior styling (the wheels do not fit the wheel well until you get springs)
fake wood looks to fake

Someone should mention the paint job quality. Seems like a lot of owners are seeing chips already and the car's only been out a couple months. Things like a rear a spoiler or a better sound system can always be added, but I expect a paint job to look good for the duration of my owning a car. I know there's always the 'but it would increase the price of the car' argument, but $30K+ isn't chump change either.

I think they should do a video manual covering important features of the car. They can cover a lot of materials in half an hour to an hour.

I'm surprised that no one has tried to contact me over the phone especially since I haven't mailed in the survey yet. Waiting until Thursday to see how the window recall repair goes.

The PAINT!!!!!! way too delicate and soft. Everything else I can live with, and whats the deal with the pockets in the back of the front seats; they have NO lining. Thats horrible.

Question

How long between the time you got your car and got the call? I have had mine 2 months and they have not called me yet. Maybe they are just calling randomly.
