do he teins ss, really that good/ and after the install are there any new noises from the coilovers?

 

I have teins ss...i prefer my previous set up...stock shocks with H&R SS.

I had my H&R after a year....some thing started squeking...don't konw what it is...changed to Teins and still have the squek comming from the front left wheell....may be ball joint...may be the coils rubbing...maybe somthign else.

 

They're one of the best. If you have money, I would spring for Endless Zeal B6 Function...they have a stiffer feel and pillow mounts....but then I just heard that Tein has released a pillow mount that fits for the SS now too. And for the TLs, you can get the EDFC that allows in-cabin while driving adjustment of your dampers. So far I have no squeaks and odd sounds. yeah i have to say they are one of the best setups i ever used and it is worth all the money you spend on those babys.

 

I just got my teins in and they are only about 1/2 month old. I'm hearing clicking sounds like something is loose. I also have the EDFC and I'm looking for the upper mounts. The only reason I got the Teins is because of the EDFc function. Evortls is running with nex coilovers for now but is planning on getting the SS coilover sytem soon.

 

The TEIN SS is awesome! I love it, and I can't wait to get rid of my H&R Sports for it.

Hey does amyone know where I can get the Tein pillow ball mounts for my SS damper kit. I can't find them.

 

As of right now, the pillow mounts are just rumors...please standby and I will have an update for all you shortly.
