Was just curious:
I was thinking of getting another car in a few months. Talked about this before but either a slightly used Type-R or an RSX Type-S. I would not trade in the TL, prob. give it to my mom.

I was thinking: She would not know the difference if I stole the HIDs out of it and jerry-rigged in the regular halogens. Is this light swap possible? If so how hard?

Japanese RSX Type R(Integra Type R) has HID... maybe try find someone to import one??

Save yourself the hassle and warrenty issues and just buy a set for like 500, for your car. My ac dealer sells them for 499. I live in Yonkers, NY. I will buy them and ship them to you if need be, ad you can pay me, just dont tear apart you cars lights.

 

OK, I wont tear them out, my fealing was it wont be mine anymore though.
