I saw 2 tl's today on the road that had light problems

1st car had outside set of lights out

2nd car had lights on one of the outside bulb was out.

I am just wondering if this can be electrical problem with TL's.

I remember someone saying that their butt warmer wasn't working due to circuit problem. could this be another one?

 

I know that Acura had a problem with a batch of bulbs, cause i had the same problem.
