Tail lights

I've been looking on ebay for 2002 tl tail lights. They're some on there for about two hundred dollars. They're jdm, does anybody know if they're a perfect fit or if there is any reason why I shouldn't get them?

I just won an auction for these, I believe they are JDM knockoffs made in Taiwan. I called and they should fit just like the OEM ones on 2002+ but no wiring harness. So, you can pay for the harness or just tape the loose bulb yourself. I should get them in 1-2 weeks so I'll let you know if they fit.

MPO is that we have spent 30K to 35K on this luxury touring automobile, I spent the mony and got genuine acura tails with the wiring harness, took me about 20 minutes to swap them out and I love em.....Got from this site along with a lot of other stuff...

I purchased the same JDM Tail lights off of Ebay too. They are a direct swap. I have had them for about two weeks now, no problem what so ever!!!!!! No need for a wiring harness. You just pop off the old tails and plug the stock wiring harness (stock bulbs) into the new tails. It even comes with the amber bulbs you'll need for the turn signals!

hope this helps.

I just read the other guy's post about " a loose bulb" ? Every bulb fit perfectly into the new tail light. I have a 99 tl.

cool...then that makes it an even better deal. i think i'm gonna keep the clear bulbs or get hyperwhites for the turn signals. hopefully i won't get pulled over by cops

Yeah, I think I'm going to get the 2002 tail lights. although I'm liking my tails even more each day I look at them! If I find a good deal on a pair, then I'm going to buy them. If I do, and they dont have wiring harnesses, cant I buy the harnesses off this site?
