Hi there, I just bought a 99 tl and wanted the clear white and red lights like the 03 type S. Do all 99-03 tail lights fit the same? thanks

yes they fit exactly the same, but the wiring is slightly different on the tail lights themselves, but iirc they still plug right into the car's harness though, and work the same (just get the wiring, with the housings)

 

and get new gaskets from housing to body from dealer- or they will leak into the trunk
