Hey guys, has anyone switched over to synthetic oil? Any noticeable improvements? How about specific brands?

 

I dont think you will notice anything besides maybe better gas mileage... Synthetic oil provides unsurpassed lubrication for your engine, I havent switched because I like to change my oil every 3,000 so it would cost more for me, also I like to use what the factory recommends... If you do go synthetic, use Mobil1 or Castrol Syntec, keep in mind fresh regular oil works just as well...Shyne

I have switched to synethic, use Mobil 1...you will notice a more smoother running engine and better gas mileage?? didn't really notice that much...

Those that are using regular base crude oil should consider using synthetic at least ones per year. Mobil 1 does a very good job cleaning the block.
