Supercharger

There are no superchargers available for the TL. However, comptech is developing one, but who the hell knows when it will be out.
You want forced induction? Nitrous is all that is available.

Since when is nitrous force induction????
I bet $5 that comptech will be out with the supercharger for the TL on April 10.

use it as your personal consideration. N2O goes with the flow, it's not forced in, but I understand your point of injection or sprying which seems like is been forced in.
"Both turbochargers and superchargers are called forced induction systems. They compress the air flowing into the engine The advantage of compressing the air is that it lets the engine stuff more air into a cylinder. More air means that more fuel can be stuffed in, too, so you get more power from each explosion in each cylinder. "
Forced induction means air forced into the cylinder.

Nitro contents more Oxygen compared to Air. So, you can inject more gas into the engine. But the compression ratio is unchanged because the % of oxygen levle rose because of NOS got a higher % of oxygen.
While force induction on the other hand simply stuff more air into the engine, so the Oxygen level is the same but the COMPRESSION in the engine is different. You got more air in there, but the volume is the same, because is compressed...
hope this helps

1. get a custom setup
2. get the 3.5 conversion. do a search on it...
search on Acura-CL.com as well

As for superchargers/turbos - they do stuff more air which does increase the amount of O2 - just not at a higher % like N2O, the result allows more fuel to be used but also increases the amount of expandable gas available.

and for the sc, actually no one knows..... but i am pretty sure it can theoretically boost more power than what the tranny can take, that's why i kept on saying that without a new powerful tranny the sc isn't gonna get us anywhere.

the sc i have no idea, my estimate would be around 5k (from the pics of the cls that comptech worked on at the lv car show). and together with a new tranny it would be 8k... again that's my estimate

well no one actually knows what mmii is. it's still in beta testing and so far the results are good. no dyno no nothing yet but it's supposed to be an electronic mod that has a even better bang for the buck compared to the res. what i wonder is whether the res and co-exist with the mmii and whether i can both powers by putting both on at the same time

yup, guess we just need to do more waiting. hopefully it will come out in a month or so... it would be really about time since i will be bored about the power of my car
but i was also wondering if it will go into backorder very soon coz' of the demand..... if i can't get one before it's sold out i'd be pissed
