Ok, so i got a set of underbody neons from streetglow..the gold series and it says it has a life time warranty from breakage, but when reading the warranty agreement it says it doesn't cover normal wear, or improper installation, the warranty is covered by any malfunction. So i my front tube broke from an accident i had, anyone know who i should talk to about getting it replaced?

 

I doubt that they will replace them since you broke it. The warranty only applies to tubes that are manufacture defectives. I have liteglow neons and they only last a day. I contacted customer service and they didn't do jack for me. I emailed them as well, but they never responded.

 

Underbody neon kit got broke and you're trying to get covered by factory warranty???

then what is the point of life time warranty? is it possible for me to get the front tube? instead of a new kit?

 

Call customer service and ask. Can't hurt....or can it?
