Spoke to the Sgt., who said there is enough evidence to prosecute. He stopped by my house twice now, he's a good friend of someone my family knows.

 

Ohh man, I'm so sorry to hear about this. Not only for your car being stolen by her, but for your health. I know what it's like to be in love like that. I was in a relationship where it was good and bad, and times when she was nice, and I was a dick and visa versa.

My only advice to you after all of this is done is to just change all of your contact info, get a restraining order, and cut off ALL contact with her for the rest of your life. You seem like a legit guy and you will find a nice girl. You are only 22 and you will come across many more lunatics. lol

I really hope you get the car back the same way it was. You must press charges against her, it's the only way she will learn. Get a restraining order and if she does anything else it will just be worse for her. Good luck and take it easy. I'll be on the lookout on LI.

hey buddy, not to sound like an a**hole, but you dont need the entire "Azine forum" looking for your car, if you reported it stolen and someone is driving it, they are bound to get caught by the cops......the cops normally do a good job in detecting a stolen car, on the other hand if they dont find it, hopefully you have full coverage and you will be compensated by your insurance company in which you can put that money on a down payment for a 08 type s(hehe) .....life throws crazy curve ballz sometimes...go on match.com and find a nice girl....lmao

Anyway, gutz, I hope all ends well for you and very poorly for the girl in question. She needs a little life lesson re: self entitlement. I've been down similar roads with crazy girls. I almost married one even and I know how hard it can be to disengage yourself for some one you care about so deeply. Hopefully you're at the point that you can see this is what you need to do and actually stick to your decision. It can be tough. Just try not to end up in the same type of relationship next time around. It has a tendency to happen so pay attention to the warning signs.
