hey guys im goin in for some service.

damn 2003 tls with only 1600 miles.
1. passenger seat sueak.
2.diver seat belt adjuster makes clicking noise.
3. driver and passenger seat both have loose leather. the bottom part where the holes are in the leather. its not flat looks like somone pulled up the leather.
4.my car 2 times so far felt like it downshifted or a pulling sensation rearward.

for god sakes acura. even my 97 eclipse didnt need service untill about 1 year after ownership. and that was also because of faulty stupid ****s at those quick oil change shop. dumb ****s dont even know how to change oil.. doesnt even use the right oil drain plug , what dumb ****s.

Steven's Creek Acura is by far one of the best Acura I have been too. My service rep, Rodney, is the bomb. Speak to him and tell him Richard Bui sent you. They've taken care of me real well.

I got my 02' TL-S at Steven's Creek Acura a year ago. Ricky Ney was my salesperson. He's great and courteous. I would recommend him if ur buying an acura. He even gave me my stock sideskirts when I have the oem Bodykit that came along with my TL-S.

Payce~!

I bought my 02-TLS from stevens creek acura too, been back for 1 oil change and one rear view mirror replacement. They are pretty nice about everything actually, although they did break my windshield while taking off the rear view mirror and had to replace it, making me wait for another day, but its still alright, since I got some scratches on my windshield and now they replace it for free.....Anyways, I would still go back to them if I needed services.....

I agree. I delt with Rodney before too and have had good experiences there. They scratched my bumper when i took it in for an oil change, and Rodney took the car back in and had it repainted and everything for free. It looks better then it did before i brought it in originally! I find that they treat you how you treat them, if you go in and act rude to them, you'll get the same thing back at you and they won't do anything for you.

Re: stevens creek acura

Hey for #4 this may be normal. I apologize if this isn't the sensation, but it could be the torque converter locking up. I've felt it a few times before and it feels almost as if you just threw the car into neutral or downshifted and suddenly the car is pulling a lot harder but is slowing down at the same time. If this is what you're talking about then I believe his is a normal sensation.

Too bad about your other problems, I've got almost 4000 miles on my car and no squeaks or rattles yet *crosses fingers* (Or maybe its just because I listen to my music so loud I can't hear it!)

Good choice! I agree with busterkw, treat them with upmost respect and you will get rewarded. Think of karma...what goes around comes around. So far from my experiences with Rodney, I get my oil changes for $15...although I do provide my own oil (redline), I've gotten a new steering wheel because of a slight blemish, a whole new door panel because of a bubble, they even put in blue leds for me (which i provided) for no charge, looked at my tranny wihtout even so much as accusing any of my mods and I have CT headers also. They provide me with free car washes (which I refuses since I only want to wash her) and i've refused so many, one time Rodney called me up to confirm because I didn't mention I didn't want a car wash. Rodney remembers my name each time...always greets me with a smile. He is definitely what really keeps me coming to Steven's Creek. He also provided my friend with a discount on his 30k tuneup that ending up costing only $360 or so...around there. You can't go wrong!

i dont think it will take more than a day... your first 2 problems should be quick fixes... as for the 3rd... that happened to me also... they fixed it in one day. and 4... i dunno.

Most of the time they will provide you a four-door integra. If you're lucky, you might get the sundance gold CL-S.

What do you mean by any others? Are you asking for any other people's opinion or any other cars they lend out?
