Assuming that the car tracked fine before the steering wheel swap, I'd say you've either got it off by a spline or two, or somehow the wheel isn't quite compatible. Try the stock one again if you feel that you've reset the new wheel too many times.

I had the SAME problem when getting my wood wheel installed. The splines lined up but the wheel was off about 10 degrees.
I went for an aligment also, Aligment with wheel was alot better, but still not straight. To get it back to 100% aligment I had to bring it to a professional aligment shop ex: Aligment for lowered cars with crazy fitment tires..... custom stuff.
I explained to them what I had done, they did an alignment to show me that the alignment was 100% perfect on paper but the steering wheel was crooked. So to reverse that you gotta play around with the camber and adjust the tie rods so that the car will be straight but not straight on the aligament print sheet.
It took about 5 times of trial and error with me driving around the block after every adjustment cost me about 75$ but now my wheel is straight as an arrow. Although my camber is - on the papers.

when you lower a car the camber goes negative
the TL likes up to 1.5 degree neg, turns in better.. and doesnt wear tires
The lower you go, the more camber goes neg in response
more than 1.5 and I would install camber kit to restore to my desired setting
I am running 1.4~
zero is stock setting

what has to be adjusted is the tie rod sleves are moved to center the steering wheel, If the wheel is low right X amount you take the left wheel's toe out then you take the right wheel's toe in the exact same amount you moved the left out, this will move the steering wheel to the left inside the car, if it's low left you take the right side out and the left side in. regardless who ever did the alignment never centered the wheel before toe was set. Camber will not effect the centering of the steering wheel.

If you crank the wheel until it stops you can move it buy giving it a good tough. I donr this several times on mine after it was aligned but the wheel was not 100% straight. Actually a Honda tech showed me this. Worked for me every time.

I just swapped steering wheels and mine was off center by about the same. The alignment was just set with one of those hunter systems and the car was running straight and the wheel was maybe off by 1 degree. But very acceptible and the car did not pull so I considered it a near perfect alignment.
After I put the type-S steering wheel on, it was off by probably 10 degrees like other people said. So I adjusted the left toe and the right toe by the same amount. But one side I made longer and the other side I made shorter. And now the steering wheel is literally straighter than it has ever been. It's like dead center. If it is off center I could not tell which way within a mile of driving..
Just goes to show you, if you want a good alignment, you have to go to a good shop and not someone who just wants to push you through so they can take a break or go home..
And if you want to fine tune it, then pick up where the good shop left off and do it yourself. haha
now if I can just get my airbag that I already ordered. I already spliced the controls. And I spliced it from the rear of the clock spring, not the front. So, I wired up the "information panel" to the buttons on the steering wheel. And everything works. I also got a new bezel coming. Just waiting. Its already paid for.
