steering wheel

i have a 2003 tls with about 15,000 miles on it. my steering wheel is cracking. the lower left side where there are holes in the steering wheel has crinkles and can be felt when you rub against it with your fingers, it isnt really serious but over time i know it will get alot worse. my question is that is it worth taking it to the dealer to? or will they say its wear and tear?

i replaced mine with the wood one, i will sell you my old one, it is in perfect condition, only 3k miles on it, email me kltorch@yahoo.com $25 for wheel +15 for shipping
