Ok. I got a 99 TL all seems fine until...........

The car was turned on and just got out of my garage then the want to close door and the car started to rev higher on it's own in park. It would like accelerate on it's own stay there and come down and accelerate again....?

This happened like a month ago too and it went away but with the cold season around the corner just want to see what others got to say what it could be?

Sounds like the IACV (idle air control valve) might need to be cleaned. It is located on the bottom of your throttle body.

 

Sounds like the culprit.
