Over the last week my car has stalled 4 times when i started it up. i will turn the car on the rpms will drop real low, then the engine starts to shake and cuts out.

 

When was your last tune up? Maybe you need to change your spark plugs...

 

Clean up your TB first and see what happens after that. Use caburator cleaner and spray the butterfy valve. Spray it with engine off, then clean up. Start the car and spray with engine on; manually control the idle or the engine will die when you spray.
