squeaking in the front end HELP!!!

squeaking in the front end HELP!!!

im getting this sqeaky noice from my drivers side are outside of the car it has something to do with the suspenision cuz when i rock the car you hear it to does anyone know what this could be??........then when im reversing i hear a humming noise like when a trucks brakes squeak but its not that loud thats just what it sound like can anyone help or have any ideas???


my car needs tires bad im changing them sunday could that be an effect and i also just got my springs put on the car about a month and a half ago

well if the noise just started and your springs were in for a month...it could be bushings maybe? should get that checked out.

yea im gonna get it checked out...............anyone else have any more ideas could it possibly be the cold weather???

hmmmmm so should i take it to the dealer and see what they say about the ball joints???......what should i do

They have a TSB about this. When I took mine to the dealer, they "massage" my ball joint. (that sounded weird). A couple of days later, the squeak came back and they replaced the ball joint. All work done under warranty. Haven't had any problems since.

i just had the same problem when i back up too...its the e'brake sensors or something like that...there like 2 bucs each....change them....thats what i did and i have no more noise..also i have the same squeeking noise in the front ...what is it???????????

well i took my car to get the tires changed and i found out that i needed to get my front rotors re surfaced and my rear brakes changed........as far as the brake sensors i didnt have to change then i just needed new pads......for the squeaking up front alot of people said it was the ball joints but when they finished servicing the car i dont get the squeaking anymore

thats good to hear! i think it might have been a loose endlink or somethin, thas what happened to mine.
