Hey guys... I am planning to buy a painted OEM spoiler. They paint it for you any color. I need to know if this is the real OEM spoiler... i saw something about replica in the description. So if this is the real OEM spoiler please let me know. thanks

No it's not an OEM spolier, the ad says it's 'OE certified', which is not the same as OEM.

 

No, those are not Original Acura/Honda Equipment, they are an exact replica, I have an OEM stlye wing and the only difference was the LED bar (2 screws on the bottom instead of the OEM 4 screws holding on the LED spoiler light).

 

Go look carefully on ebay they have OEM Spoilers for 125 chipped or around that price I got mine for 100 shipped cuz my friend had a 25 bux of coupon and then I took the taffeta white spoiler and repainted it to White diamond pearl, which was abit stupid but heck hehe I hate not matching lol it was abit psychological but worth it so yeah it was dirt cheap and I was very happy with it......now onto the tail lighs and the rims I want those 02-03 ones but dude look carefully and you shall find

 

So would you guys recommend this spoiler or is it a piece of crap?

 

yeah, I am also looking for the tail lights... just waiting for a deal.

 

I wouldnt say Piece of crap but wait for others response to see if it is, Im happy to get my OEM one for 100 and you will see them on ebay just look carefully I know there are still a few brand new OEM ones out there just buy and repaint it......The Tails are hard to find cheap unless you go to a junkyard but bahh I hate looking since I figures you might as well have the peace of mind that you have a brand new one for 350 with all the stuff needed at Ray Laks and so far of all I read they have good reviews for service and product pricing, I ve tried ebay and craigslist and not much success but still ppl will have what you need but the prices are alittle high just too close to the price of the real thing brand new so pointless.

I was about to buy it from that eBay seller, but another member on this board had the same thing for sale painted in my color for less.

I would give that place a try if his reputation is good on eBay.

 

Good god acurabuddy, you ever heard of commas and periods? Junkyards are the way to go for new tails.
