Does anyone know if the spoilers for 99-up TL's are made of fiberglass or ABS? Also which material is better for them? Thanks

 

The factory spoiler is ABS. Can't tell you which is better. I have'nt purchased anything made of fiberglass.

 

Ive heard the ABS is better.

 

For a spoiler, it really doesn't matter. They both weigh next to nothing, and both take paint very well.

 

Thanks for you help guys, the reason I was asking is because I wanted to get a spoiler and the shop told me that they had both abs and fiberglass for the same price and I can pick which one I wanted. If it doesn't make a difference I think I will go with the fiberglass b/c a few paint shops told me it was easier to paint.
