Spark plugs pics
It looks like you might've had oil seeping through the spark plug tube seal in that cylinder. That crud is dried up motor oil. Did your spark plug socket have oil on it when you took that particular plug out? The only thing you can do is replace the seal, which means removing the valve cover so you might as well get the whole valve cover gasket set and replace everything.

I didn't have to force at all to unscrew the plugs, maybe they were not tight enough to begin with, that's why they look like that.

Check the oil seal on the valve cover, Look in the hole and see if oil is leaking into it. Mae sure they are torqued properly. That looks overheated. You may be having a miss fire as well. I dont recommend using bosch in the TL.

ngk iridium ix are recommended for our cars, also check the gap on all plugs, just to make sure that its to correct gap. u dont know if the plugs were dropped, throw, stepped on.
You are right a spark is a spark is a spark......but if you do a search you will read and learn that other have tried spark plugs other than NGKs and not had good results. So although a spark is a spark some sparks do not work as well with our cars as other sparks do
Why lose something by not getting what your supposed to.
Also....
I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't heard so many stories, but I have heard numerous occasions in which Bosch plugs cause Honda/Acura's to run poorly.
As for your first plug I would be willing to bet money its the oil/valvecover seal leaking slightly. Also the gaps look a little large to me, but its hard to tell online.

when you buy the new NGK Iridium IX plugs for your baby- 7 bucks each- you will discover they have a super fine wire for that side electrode- and you are not able to gap them with a regular round plug gapper tool
Just buy the correct parts
ziners tried bosch- didnt last, and car ran badly soon after install
they had to do the work all over again,
and personally-- I dont like repeating that particular leaning over the engine job!
Acura approved is plug is ngk or Denso-, denso cost more and last less miles if you prefer
dealer will sell you ngk for 25 bucks each! go to local parts store like kragen for 7

I would seafoam that engine twice and have the codes checked- may be a real problem like TB is not adjusting correctly- for all of them to look off
light tan is normal
excess gap is often plug wearing down of the center electrode
they design these plugs so everything sits square for max firing
if you want tech details ask IHateCars- he indexes- points the open end of the plug towards the intake valves!!- just like on his real drag race car

acura spent allot of money enginering and designing these cars a certain way. if they wanted you to use all different kinds of spark then they would have designed it that way. in the owners manual they give you two options. i am sure acura tried different spark plugs and the options they give you are for the best results.
