I had this same issue until about a week ago.

When I would start my car and let it idle in park for about 2 minutes, it would start reving on it's on.

Then last week, I had my timing belt, water pump, and tensioner aka idler replaced and then idle went back to normal.

Also I noticed that you have a CAI, is your filter clean? It could be your filter not being clean enough for air to pass through.

once i saw the temp as 1 degrees when the car started, i was like this guy must be from canada
