it's supposed to be a .50 cent resistor that you hook up to your MAP sensor thereby tricking your ECU and richening your air/fuel mixture.

Looks like the azz hole is charging $3.75 for shipping then shipping it with a .37 cent stamp and plain envelope. Somebody mail him something nastly like moldy pickels...
