That's some weird damage. Any paint transfer? and keep your eye out for someone with red paint on their vehicle or bike. You can always turn it in to your insurance.
From the looks of it they hit you from the left side and not from backing up into you.

Hard to tell. The scratches are nothing, but that crack might be an issue. I guess it will depend if they say to replace or repair that bumper. Can't hurt to take it to a local body shop and see what they say and go from there.

guys i do think its the mailman, they have metal bumpers and they are gray. Its low. And there were gray paint where the crack is but i removed it. dumb me. And the top of the bumper is white so the top hit my bumper and the mailamns car is white. Also i didnt go anywher that day and washed my car 30 mins before it happened. Also i think its the mailman cuz my car is infront of the mailbox next to the curb and the back of the car is looking at the mailbox, so the mailamn pulls up then he turns out but hits my bumper with his sharp edge and that makes a crack, and it looks like he didnt back up but he proceeded to keep on goin cuz there scratches on the side.

I'll come up to where you live and we'll beat his ass.
jk, Usually the mailman is modest and would report the incident. Try and contact the post office and say you have reason to believe that your local mailman hit your car, and they would check which mailman did that route that day and see if there is red paint on his mail truck, that or he would spill out the truth if he/she did anything.

If they question you, you can contact the police and have an investigator come out and look at the damage of your vehicle and of the mail truck and they will calculate the height etc, etc and once they verify it was their truck, they will make their insurance pay for the damage.

damn that sucks.
Let us know what happens with the post office, I am curious to see what they will say/do.

Good luck man. You must have a lazy ass mail man who actually drives mailbox to mailbox lol. I know the guy who does it around here just parks his truck down the street and takes care of like 30 houses by foot.
Just wonderin, where in Baltimore you at? Chances are, if your Russian and live in Baltimore, I probably know you somehow or through someone lol.

That damage shouldn't be more than $500 to fix; with a deductible, if you cant get the responsible party to pay for it; Id just pay for it myself instead of reporting it to the insurance company.

Yeah just pay for it yourself. Remember that if you claim it now, they'll probably use it against you when they hike your rates for something that you're at fault for later on.
Just go to a reputable shop rather than the dealer. Get some estimates for repairing the bumper and replacing the bumper because the prices aren't that far off cuz you're still gonna need to remove/replace as well as paint the bumper.
